A Grade A loon who had been made so, and previosuly been let down, by a lack of police response/resoucres the numerous times he had been broken into beforeLiving in a rural part of the world, not too far from where Martin was, I can assure you there are countless similar 'Grade A loons' in a similar position, whether they have the back up of an illegal shotgun is another matter.
