Yay.... My recipie for scambled eggs is.....For every egg add....
Greated cheese, about as much as you would put on half a slce of bread to just cover it, the cheese must be a strong mature cheder,
One level teaspoon of ENGLISH mustard per egg,
A tiny splash of milk,
Salt and WHITE pepper,
Opptionall is to finish off with finley chopped tomateos and/or ketchup when cooked if desired

try this oneciabatta, thinly sliced beefsteak tomato on top, drizzled with balsamic vinegar and topped with mozzarella, then grilled until gooey. add salt and pepper. delicious!
