What really pisses me off about the whole thing is the arrogance.I've seen people do it here frequently and it's the fact that they take the moral high ground by removing and destroying the cards and they're so wrapped up in their own self-importance that they don't even think anything at all about chucking the remnants on the ground.

hahahahafunniest thing I saw recently was a guy running in my direction down a tarmac path that has a slight slope
