i bet my filter is no better. I just run through a multiple number of iterations. Some with 3 spokes, some with 5 or 6, it just depends on what makes a little voice in my head squeal with a bit of sensory WTF-ness

I PSP (v8) as well. I have a copy of a plugin.dll that i've had forever which allows me to run older photoshop filters in paint shop pro

Animating them & keeping the juicy detail while maintaining a low file size is a challenge I have yet to overcome :(
