Thurgood Jaybird gained fame in the late 80's and early 90's as America's finest yodeling lounge singer. In his heyday, he was best known for the seemingly endless rivers of saliva that would spew from his mouth during live performances (because of this, audience members routinely brought a change of clothes to his concerts). In addition to his singing prowess, Jaybird is also a gifted amateur artist who has won numerous awards for his beautiful watercolor paintings of endangered monkeys dressed as high-ranking Vatican officials.
