
He's being paid to do it, but his messages are close enough to pure nonsense as to render them pointless. If we find his boss we could probably have him fired (or inadvertently upgrade their trolling techniques).
On the other hand if they only measure performance by how many of us curious monkeys click through to see who it is that's bugging us, he is making success for great justice! (or something)
