# 'I' is a member of 'we,'
so if one says 'we are not good', 'I am not good' is implied.

# But if you say "I am not good", we is not implied.
I and we are different. I was focusing very much on the "we" aspect.

# I said "we are not good people"
She said that I said "I'm not good people".
This is not what I said. It is partially correct, in that I is included with we. But it is not fully accurate. I'm not good people has different connotations to we're not good people. This is the point I'm stressing.
