The only time the GG seemed to do something worthwhile was sacking Prime Minister Gough Whitlam in the mid 70s. I wish the current GG would do the same now.

Everyone gets a vote, but you can do things to earn extra votes, so those who are more willing to help the community get more of a say. Good book. Odd bit of sci-fi and probably one of the earliest print occurances of the use of the N-word in an ironic sense.
