I am operating under fair use using no more than 10 seconds from each media source. I send all the drafts to a lawyer to check if I'm infringing. So far I have been only shut down on using footage of people who are not public figures so now I just obscure their faces with silly glasses. Without these kinds of allowances I couldn't do my job in the remix fuckery visual youtube world.
