He ordered his slacks online
as he doesn't live near an M&S store. Distressingly, said slacks were a little long, so he's returning them in the pre-paid return package.
However, the package is slightly too big for the post box, resulting in him having to queue at the Post Office counter.

It's certainly a tragic tale
If you're interested, which I suspect you're not, the man is impatient because the bottle of Diet Coke - purchased as part of a Boots "Meal Deal" - which he is clutching in a carrier bag along with a cheese and ham sandwich - is getting warm.
He now only has 15 minutes of his lunch hour left to send his package, return to the office and eat his lunch.
