# I saw a city in the clouds..
(, Sat 3 Mar 2012, 14:24, archived)
# Yay this is excellent :-)
I tried doing this, but tried putting the workmen inside cloud city and just couldn't get the angles right, yours is spot on though...

Edit, just noticed the time difference here, bit slow on board, In other news I watched (Eden Park edit Eden Lake ;-() last night, what a disturbingly horrible violent and vile film, still thinking about it now and wishing that I hadn't watched it at all....

# I saw about half of that film round a friends house
Got up and left the party. Didn't want to keep watching that, and by the sound of the rest of it I was right to leave.

# I think you did the right thing....
I kept waking up and thinking about it all last night, the ending was the most horrific... I really wish I hadn't watched it at all...

# eden lake, maybe?
(, Sat 3 Mar 2012, 15:28, archived)
# Bugger!! yes Eden Lake ;-)
I'm still shaken I tell you! Have you seen it?
(, Sat 3 Mar 2012, 15:36, archived)
# no, I like a movie which is so well done that it stays with me for a while,,,
but, based on your experience, and the IMDB info, I don't think I'll be seeing that
(, Sat 3 Mar 2012, 16:10, archived)
# This review pretty much sums up my opinion of it..... all though I think it might not travel too well.. as in it's a very British film...
(, Sat 3 Mar 2012, 16:33, archived)
# I've seen 'Eden Lake'. Not sure if it's the same film, but that was pretty skanky.
EDIT: Ah, yes. Same terrible film.
(, Sat 3 Mar 2012, 15:35, archived)
# Yes it was Eden Lake!
Terrible as in just bad/rubbish, or terrible as disturbing and sickning?
(, Sat 3 Mar 2012, 15:37, archived)
# I preferred 'Kill List'.
Brutal, well-acted and comes with a healthy dollop of the supernatural.
(, Sat 3 Mar 2012, 15:46, archived)
# I don't like violent films, especialy when it's believable, I only watched last night on a 5 more minutes basis,
then watched through to the end, hopping for a slightly more relieving end, I didn't get it! :-(
(, Sat 3 Mar 2012, 15:55, archived)
# Best avoid 'Kill List', then.
Starts in a dark place and ends in the stygian depths.
(, Sat 3 Mar 2012, 16:12, archived)
# I will :-)
On a happier note, I went to see Phantom menace 3D, I enjoyed the film which I knew I would, and enjoyed my first experience of 3D, did you go..
(, Sat 3 Mar 2012, 16:27, archived)
# Never got round to it, in the end.
Glad you enjoyed your introduction to 3D, though.

# Did you mean "Eden Lake"
I might watch that later on Blip.tv.......looks a really gory film
(, Sat 3 Mar 2012, 15:37, archived)
# Hahaha yes I meant Eden Lake!
It wins on it's believability that it could quite really happen to any of us...
(, Sat 3 Mar 2012, 15:40, archived)
# that's the best reason for me to not see that one
(, Sat 3 Mar 2012, 16:11, archived)
# Imagine it a little like an English version of Deliverance,
But with chavs instead of hillbilly moon shiners..
(, Sat 3 Mar 2012, 16:22, archived)
# you are threatening me with what? :P

Edit: Lately I've been catching up with the AMC TV series: 'Breaking Bad' on NetFlix. So far I think it's pretty well done for a TV show.
(, Sat 3 Mar 2012, 16:41, archived)
# Looks good from a quick google and wiki....
(, Sat 3 Mar 2012, 16:53, archived)
# I watched 1/2 of that and got annoyed/bored with it - failed miserably in believe-ability for me
(, Sat 3 Mar 2012, 16:13, archived)
# I just found it really nasty...
(, Sat 3 Mar 2012, 16:36, archived)
# thoroughly unpleasent
think I got annoyed with it more because I know how easy it is to survive in the woods and avoid detection if I were in that scenario
(, Sat 3 Mar 2012, 16:42, archived)
# You are John Rambo ;-)
(, Sat 3 Mar 2012, 16:46, archived)
# haha
I was very lucky as a kid growing up surrounded by woodland, the movie Grizzly scared the shit out of me when I was a kid :D

# It's no good trying to pretend you're not now.. the truth is out!
I remember the summer of 76, and being shit scared walking in the fields near us because there was supposedly an escaped lion on the loose!
(, Sat 3 Mar 2012, 16:56, archived)
# :D
I encountered a full grown black bear when I was back packing in the Canadian Rockies, it was about 40m away and I've never ran so fast in all my life!

# Eeeks! the scariest the in England when growing up, were just rumours of escaped big cats!
(, Sat 3 Mar 2012, 17:10, archived)
# Thats brilliant
