edit: wasn't there some hoohaa in regard to mcdonalds in scotland, where they took umbridge at some restaurant calling itself mcdonalds and they wanted to suesue them and the head of the mcdonald clan gave them the opportunity to shut the fuck up or not be able to trade in Scotlandland

or was it all bollocks.
