As a *crash boom bang* film, AvP is excellent. However, there really is no excuse for AvP2.

# The first two Predator films (1 especially) are pure works of art.
It should have been handled with the love and respect of a holy document or an original Da Vinci, not clumsily bundled with the Alien films and given to a director with a track record for making garbage out of potentially amazing franchises. Predator is too good to just be 'passable entertainment'.
