You mean tutorials to use Blender as a CAD?I'm sure they exist not sure where to get that specific kind of tutorial though. there are pug ins that come packaged with Blender for accurate measurements etc. As for realistic rendering Blender now comes with the Cycles render engine which can be very photo realistic, plus you can use Luxrender and other such 3rd party renderers which give very good highly professional renders.
