He's rather geeky, and as a guy who lectures in games design (although never the MMO genre) I feel I really should have played them, so my years of avoiding WOW will probably end soon.
It's like sex and LARPing - once you've done it once, I can never un-do it.

I quit from my guild and left WoW altogether. Not sure I have time to go back or to even try SWTOR under bootcamp on my Mac. But it's a massive timesink and I really don't have the time anymore.

I had a PhD to do, and business to run, girlfriend to... Things. I'm trying to to get my real life sorted before working much more on a fictional one. (He writes before going to drink beer and pretend to be a Renassiance assassin... See ya!)

you need to live on your own and be able to raid every weekend on the dot even if you're not required for the raid you have to turn up just in case. You are not allowed a social life lol ;)
