I'm sure you're doing it wrong...

Cheese is fantastic. You haven't only tried plastic cheese slices and spray on cheese and written off all cheeses from that have you?

I've tried every type of cheese

The only stuff I can stomach is cheese that doesn't taste of cheese, like mozarella, which tastes vaguely of milk

Anything stronger than a very mild cheddar it's hello projective vom time

Actually, I don't.

Although the way you phrase it makes it sound incredibly sexy. I'm not that adventurous, I just find that most of what I eat is improved by melting some cheese on to it.

My mum used to be like that - Mozzarella was the only cheese she could stomach

However in her late 50s she found it to be a gateway to other cheeses, and she'll now quite happily have a pasta bake or shepherds' pie with cheddar on top of it.
