No freezing doesn't kill the alcohol.If something contains a lot of alcohol thought, it just won't freeze in a nomal domestic freezer...

Thanksbut I hardly used it, so when it broke down wasn't worth replacing. And it's probably not worth it just for the benefit of making gin lollies.
