I'm just a bit concerned about Q4nobody here, farting around with them is one thing (fair use), but selling products featuring (parts of) them...

yup, this was exactly what I was thinking
As there's now a specific case of identified history of them on this very site.
Which if other types of infringement are anything to go by, demonstrating that you know you are infringing copyright means you just ain't going to win, man, the "lol, me ignorant" defence can can no longer be used.
However, as I am not any kind of legal representative, the only actual advice I can give is to get naked and roll about on the floor.*
