No, for it to be a proper flounce- the flouncer has to have some kind of previous standing or reputation on b3ta. You can't just appear out of nowhere then flounce
- the flouncer must be indignant
- the flouncer must state that they are leaving
From what I've seen billiepipersteeth doesn't fulfil these criteria.
