Top cheese tip: gorgonzola and date sandwichesBear with me here, it's a winner. Slice gorgonzola and put on bread. In a small saucepan heat up chopped dates with a splash of water to make a datey paste. Spread paste on cheese and put more bread on top. Behold the sandwich of the gods.
