TrueWhich is extremely scary. I don't know what's more scary - that the Republicans are allowed to keep their jobs after some of the things that they've said, or that nearly half of America backs them. It's the most worrying election I've ever seen - there's some seriously depressing stuff going on.

Similar thing over here at the moment.Except instead of just deep-seated redneck beliefs, the opposition are happy to flip-flop over to anything politically expedient as it suits them (on top of the deep-seated redneck beliefs).
