Yes, and 14.2 is the same as all of them.
There are only 14.2 pugs, and could only be that many.
I read it recently in Nature's recent supplement on dog-counting.

Ah, but did you see the article in New Scientist on Pug Juggling?
It controversially put forward that if you had 14.2 pugs and 2.6 jugs, using the Osbourne Coefficient, you could in fact fit all of them in a Suitcase full of Plugs...
