Hmmm. The theory is that tax breaks for the rich filter benefits down to the middle and working classes.There are very few altruistic millionaires these days, off the top of my head the only one I can think of is Bill Gates. The millionaires of the last century built parks and civic buildings, schools and libraries. Today the rich seem happier spending it on themselves. Romney is part of this selfish group.
