the recommend no more then 20g of processed meat per day
that is the equivalent of a rasher of bacon.
i've already had 2 sausage and 2 bacon this morning.
guess i chose the wrong week to start curing and smoking my own meat.

Every week they come up with a sensational new cause of cancer or heart disease to scare the 'sheep' and sell more Daily Mails. Gets right on my tit's it does! Eat all the friggin' bacon you want and well done for curing and smoking your own.
