# JPEG images allow you to embed the image's specifics
...date, time, camera model, shutter speed, flash or not, etc...
also comments can be embedded within the file. I have the Firefox plugin FXIF 0.4.6 which allows me to see the EXIF simply by right-clicking and selecting 'properties', like this:

but not the title or caption.
and to tell the truth I thought all that stuff disapeared after being edited in photoshop, is it possible to get rid of all that info or not?

To remove all the metadata from a photograph, just right-click the files inside Windows Explorer and choose Properties. Now click the Details tab and select the option that says “Remove Properties and Personal Information.”

Choose “Remove the follow properties from this file” followed by “Select All” and click OK. All the private metadata tags are now erased from the photograph.
