Yes, it is really tough
I can barely manage my household, now I'm doing hers as well. The hospital have told me she will not be returning home. So as next-of-kin, I have a lot of tricky decisions to make. And there appears to be no instruction manual for this sort of thing. I get lots of advice; ALL of it conflicting.

I went through this exact thing with my great Aunt
I think as long as you are making the decisions that are best for her AND which don't make your life any harder, that's the best you can do. Yes, everyone has an opinion too and many of them are well-meant, but only wind you up tighter. Advice-wise, the same. Are there any other rellies around who can be called on to assist you with the home tasks at her place? Hang in there, Sundae...
