Unless you somehow think it's perfectly rational to allow feckless British people to sit at home on benefits* while plugging the gaps in the economy by importing cheap foreign labour, and suppressing the wages of our own citizens who do want to work?
(* not talking about those genuinely looking for work, or those with genuine disabilities etc. Talking about those who could work, but don't want to look for a job because they prefer someone else to do it for them. Yes, I know you lefties love to pretend that these people don't exist, and that all benefits claimants are genuine, poor, downtrodden people - but unfortunately it's a reality.)
