I used flickr...dunno how they are with hotlinking over time
When uploaded to the site, an image can be marked as private - seen only by you.
Select 'all sizes', right click the image of a size you prefer to post and go to 'view image info' and copy the location.
You then paste that link here and hosting is done

# Thanks
I know how Flickr works :)

Thing is, all my b3ta images were on Photobucket. My profile alone is a travesty.

# yopyop
and I have no idea how flickr is as host over time, nor if they shut you down if linking like that to someplace with massive traffic

# I believe they are fairly stable
save the occasional downtime of the site, which doesn't happen a lot and doesn't always mean that the images themselves are down too.

There once was a cap with the free account, where you could only see your latest 200 pictures (they did keep the older ones). That would probably also affect hotlinking. Don't know how it's now though. There have been some changes, and I believe many of the restrictions on the free account are gone now. This one included.
I have a pro account, so I never had to deal with any of that.

Still, they can change their ToS overnight, like Photobucket did.

When they changed to https, I think all URLs changed but the images remained.

now it's like 1tb free or some equally silly big number
