# I used to use a program called Authorware back in the day.
Macromedia, who had both this and Flash, were great, they involved all us developers in their product and prioritisng features and fixes, I knew all their lead developers, and they hosted some great conferences around Europe, including some smoky ones in holland. they really made us feel part of the product. then macromedia got bought out by Adobe and the walls went up. they weren't that interested anymore in the developers, except as a way to market their products. I thought they were a bunch of cunts by comparison.
