My ISP told me to comply or they’d close my account. I had a bunch of clients with their hosting. I did as I was told.

Yeah I get it, they come in really heavyEspecially by going via a company hosting the artwork that has no investment or understanding of the finer points of copyright law.
They could try to take on opensea but if o/s roll over it would affect look bad on them if they didn't protect their artists or they could challenge me directly.
I will dig my heels in as they can't take money I don't have and I know a good lawyer who specialises in this field.
