DS9 seemed like a dystopian pseudospiritual shitshow of a misstep to me, and it didn't compare to Babylon 5 at the time.
I liked everything about Voyager except the most of the cast, most of the characters, the entire premise, and the writing. But at least it belonged to the Trek universe.
Enterprise is my favourite post-TNG Trek. You just need to skip the abominable theme song.
STD and STP are entirely unbearable. Alex Kurtzman clearly hates Star Trek. I'd say I'd give SNW a chance, but Kurtzman and co have sapped all my good will.
Perhaps one day when the copyrights are all expired someone will come along and produce some real Star Trek, but I can't see things improving under the current regime.

Definitely give SNW a go. I’m similarly sapped but it’s been wonderful.

They’re all free online and the second series has John de Lancie as a guest star. Also Chris Doohan playing Scotty.
The unofficial second part to Mirror, Mirror is probably my favourite. His evil Kirk is absolutely chilling at times.
