We are sorry to inform you that as of July 16, 2002, we will no longer be able to offer POP Mail Retrieval to our Hotmail users with a standard free account.

# Sign up for a free internet account with
Netdirect Online. You don't actually have to use the internet account (i havent used mine for years, still use the email), and they offer both POP3 and webmail access to your mailbox.

# Just remember to set
your smtp server to whatever YOUR ISP's one is, and only the pop3 one to netdirects server.
