screw around with the hue/saturation to get the tanned bodybuilder arm to match the pasty geek body - you'd be surprised how the tiniest hue change makes it go as green as the Hulk

a good tip is to flick over to the Channels bit and play with the Hue and Saturation, Lightness and Contrast and Levels on each RGB layer.
