# or, as happened to me,
are actually owed £240 by the council but they've decided to lose all your student details _again_ and so charged the full council tax and threatening legal action to recover it.

It took nearly 9 months of going in person to the council with everyone's documentation before we got the money back...

The tenants in the house kept changing, every change required _all_ of us to prove we were students, and then _all_ sign a declaration that the overpaid money could be paid to a single person.

# This is easy...
...you sit there and shout "MANAGER. NOW!" and don't leave until you've had satisfaction.

# But what if the manager isn't apealing?
Can you nominate a good looking subordinate instead to satisfy you?

# Depends on when the town's charter was granted.
Before 1215, no problem. Afterwards, problem.
