Lloyds TSB runs a default install of Win98/95 on their cashpoints
It's got My Briefcase and Outlook Express on it and everything!
another cashpoint (err.. NatWest iirc) had a bootup screen with a WindowsNT error. (missing/corrupt .dll file)

Quite a few of the newer
army missile systems run on NT according to a friend who has just left the army. It scared him silly how dependant on Microsoft they were.
