# I learned a lot
about adjusting colors in photoshop doing that, so it was worthwhile.

There were just a couple of panels I gave up on
(, Thu 4 Sep 2003, 4:17, archived)
# they look really nice.
i can't tell where they've been shopped at all.
then again, i have an untrained eye compared to a lot of folks around here.

pretty!

# It looks like a wonderful place to live.
A lot cleaner than most of the cities I've ended up in.
(, Thu 4 Sep 2003, 4:13, archived)
# It's very clean
but it's also quite cold in the winter.

i'd like to go back to colorado or arizona or new mexico
(, Thu 4 Sep 2003, 4:14, archived)
# Cold I can cope with.
I moved up to the Scotlands because I was too hot in England.

# The average high here in January
is -6 C

The average high here in July is 28 C

I'd prefer somewhere more temperate, I suppose

(, Thu 4 Sep 2003, 4:34, archived)

very green
(, Thu 4 Sep 2003, 4:14, archived)
# yeah
they've put up fences now that school's started. you can still sit on the grass, but you can't walk across the big patches, so they don't get worn.
(, Thu 4 Sep 2003, 4:16, archived)
# we've got orange pipes all over the place
as they're revamping the plumbing here.
Makes for lots of amusing stumbles if you sit and watch for a while :)

The ee building and the art museum are the oddest

I have one that says to keep children and pets off the grass..

that's the real reason it's so green

you really shouldn't touch the river though. The Mississippi is famous for being dirty. And mark twain (the river, though maybe the dirtiness too)

# my mates dad found a woman floating face down in the lido about 8 years ago.
dickybird is great though. There were 3 murders there last year, all drug related. and just recently, a friend of a friend was attacked by three guys, two carrying machetes, one with a chainsaw, and hes now in a critical condition in hospital having just had two of his limbs sewn back on. I love this fucking place.
