i need something that doesnt cost money preferably.cos i dont have any.
Ive tried searching online phone books, and theyre too vague. I tried rinign the local post office where she used to live, but they wouldnt give me her forwarding address. I tried ringing the university i think shes at, and they wouldnt give me any details whatsoever.

sounds perfectly reasonableyou have no right to that information, they have no reason to give it out... no comfort I know, but that's just how it goes.
did you try calling the university and asking to be put through to her dorm? then see what you can get out of them as an alternative contact if she's not actually in a dorm?
