that if the age gap is less than two years then you don't get sibling rivalry. we wanted quite a close age-gap too, but we don't even know if we'll be able to have another one.

My sister has a 14 month old baby and is expecting twins at the end of this month... that makes 3 babies within 2 years.... ouch!

I'm two and a half years younger than my sister and, while we get on fine, I've always thought that - with that fairly small gap - there's a certain pressure on the younger sibling to grow up quicker ...
