I managed about3and a half days awake at Glastonbury Festival in 1984. Admittedly I was a chemically enhanced at the time.

longest ive ever spent awake was 7 days at the start of my last term at uni.I started hallucinating by the end of it. It was not pleasant.
On the last day, I took a handful of herbal sleeping tablets, and locked my door. I literally woke up two days later to find everyone wondering where the fuck I'd been. Serious headfuck.....
