This method is very good as it totally disapears from your systembut can take a while to get back...
1) Get PowerArchiver
2) Zip all files with a password
3) Ensure you have filename extensions on in Widnows (it's under folder options, uncheck 'hide extensions for known file types')
4) Put the file somwhere innocuous (C:\WINDOWS is a good choice)
5) Change the name from porn.zip to system64.dll
To recover, change it back to a zip file ad unpack it somewhere
