For future refference:make sure you delete the white bits arund the pic as the're just unnesecay and ugly
when you have large areas of flat colour you're better to make the image a gif whilst anything with smooth colour transitions works better as a jpeg
finally try to keep the size of your posts down. if its over 280px wide it can't go on the FP and if its much more than that its just being unnesecarily big. If you need to post a really big image make a thumbnail and then posta link to it. :)
