# coffee enemas are supposed to be fantastic.
The caffiene irritates the bowel lining, making sure you get rid of huge amounts of built up crap (no pun intended), and, you get a fantastic caffiene high.

The same also applies for alcoholic beverages. You get pissed very quick. Champagne enemas are a sign of status in certain circles (again, no pun intended).
