MY magnets arrived yesterday! They're great!And nope, today has gone great! I brought year 8 into line through careful applications of threatened detentions, moving people and warnings, there was total silence in the parts of the lesson where it was required, and it was smashing. Had the added bonua of catching a truanter later on in the day and frogmarching him to the reception for his punishment.

EDIT: Pluke, one of the better ideas for lectures is to take most of your group to the local student bar, buy your pints, drink, repeat until your next lecture, and take one with you under your coat. The sight of a lecturer staring at a row of people suddenly removing pint glasses of various bevvys simultaneously half way through a lesson is rather amusing... ^_^
