Maybe expansion is only possible if the donations provide enough cash to keep the server in line with the load, without taking it to the edge.

I've found an article on interfacing flash games for multiple players. If I ever feel the motivation to learn to do that, it may reduce the load on the server. Or it may not, I don't know

m3ss3ng3r did that to me all the time, telling me that I was the only one on, often at midday on a weekday or something.
