England is different. We can't expel people as easily, and on top of that, another school in the area is obligated to take them on. If the child gets expelled enough, then they'll end up back where they started. :(

that you didn't have to defend yourself by hitting him. You would have been arrested before him. The child protection bill is a bit fucked up that way

teachers should be encouraged to exercise corporal punishment, not prevented.
