The BBC News Bird gleefully told us last night
that the awards have regained their credibility as The Darkness are likely to win everything. This apparently shows that 'rock' music is back in 'fashion'.
If we're lucky, perhaps The Darkness will head a festival featuring Quo, Slade, Wizzard and the remaining members of The Sweet next year.
