Well...It used to be made from three tablespoons of freeze-dried in a mug with water from the hot tap.
But after a lecture from the doctorr I've been caffeine free since November :-(

Not that I was an alcoholic, it's just moderation is impossible for me, so either I have lots of everything or none at all.
