Well.... Is it counted as zenophobia to call someone 'that italian twat' whilst commenting on how nice the other italians are in the office?
All the other italians I've met have been nice, just one is as sterotypical as you can get and effin' annoying to boot....

In which case, you are probaly just adding a helpful qualifier, but it is likely that to an individual from outside of your group, you may appear to be indulging in racist behaviour.
