Last weekend I had a terrifying and by now vague nightmare, worst part was headign down a dark lane to meet somebody who was waiting to kill meI sensed something come at me from the side and reacted.
Unfortunately my missus had realised I was having a nightmare and tried to wake me, so put out her hand.
In my dream, I tried grabbing at whatever was coming at me, and to my horror woke up realising I'd grabbed a wrist.
Nearly had a heart attack - what a way to wake up! :)

owI just remembered when I was little falling off a roundabout with my arm caught in it as others spun it as fast as possible
ripped up my knees pretty bad
