Ideally, what you need is to separate words from their homographs.Like with 'content', you need to catch 'am content', 'is content', 'be content', etc. and not 'the content' or '>content<' (so's to avoid hyperlinks called 'content'). Not perfect, but if done thoroughly it could be significantly more accurate.

Now that's an idea......I just tried removing said 'ambiguous' words and to be honest you could go on all day arguing the toss. I think adding key words like 'am' to 'content' is the way forward.
